Currencies

All transactions are processed in UK pounds.

Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order you must do so within 28 days of purchase by sending an email to our online sales administrator at admin@bsspd.org. Please quote your name and address in all correspondence. Refunds will be subject to a 4% administration fee which will be deducted from the value of your refund. Cancellations within 6 weeks of a conference date will result in a 75% administration fee (equivalent to the fees payable by ourselves for such a cancellation). Cancellations within 48 hours of a conference or event are not eligible for refund.

Fraudulent transactions

All fraudulent transactions will be notified to the relevant authorities and legal action will be taken.

Accuracy and Validity of Information
